Using this website
The content here is general information about tax matters. It is not tax, legal or financial advice for your situation, and reading it does not create a professional relationship between us.
Engagement
Work begins when you sign an engagement letter that sets out the scope, the fee and the responsibilities on both sides. Nothing on this site, and no form submitted through it, creates an engagement on its own.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information you give us. We prepare returns from what you provide, and we may ask for substantiation where the law requires it.
Our responsibilities
We prepare your returns with professional care, in line with Circular 230 and the standards of our credentialing bodies. If we make an error on a return we prepared, we correct it and cover the resulting penalty and interest. We cannot guarantee a particular refund, a particular outcome on audit, or that the tax authorities will not select your return for review.
Fees
Fees are quoted in writing before work begins and are due on delivery of the return unless we agree otherwise in the engagement letter.
Limitation of liability
Except where the law does not allow it, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.

Links to other sites, including the client portal, are provided for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.
